What to include in your email

  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • What screen you were on when the problem happened.
  • Whether the issue involves reminders, app access, widget status, or clinic linking.
  • A screenshot if the bug is visible.

Fast answers

  • Notifications not showing up? Check iOS Settings → Notifications → EyeSpy and confirm alerts are allowed.
  • Wrong clinic linked? Open EyeSpy → Settings → Practice Link, then change or clear the clinic link.
  • Linked access looks wrong? Reopen the original clinic link or QR path, then check Practice Link in settings.
  • Widget looks stale? Open the app once, update your session, and the widget should refresh.
