What to include in your email
- Your device model and iOS version.
- What screen you were on when the problem happened.
- Whether the issue involves purchases, reminders, widget status, or clinic linking.
- A screenshot if the bug is visible.
Fast answers
- Notifications not showing up? Check iOS Settings → Notifications → EyeSpy and confirm alerts are allowed.
- Wrong clinic linked? Open EyeSpy → Settings → Practice Link, then change or clear the clinic link.
- Purchase not showing? Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchase.
- Widget looks stale? Open the app once, update your session, and the widget should refresh.
